  • Open Enrollment for 2018-19: December 1, 2017 to January 12, 2018 – Pre-Enrollment Applications accepted for the school year that begins the following August. • Late January – Kindergarten offers of enrollment begin. Emails will be sent with links to the official on-line Enrollment Form. Applicants will have 10 business days from the date the email was sent to return the signed Enrollment Form with a copy of the child’s birth certificate.
  • March – Kindergarten screening and registration appointments are scheduled.
  • March 26 to Late Summer – First through sixth grade offers of enrollment are made based on class openings using the confirmed returning student list and established new student waiting list. As long as spaces are available, River Grove plans to continuously enroll students for the 2017-18 school year. If a student enrolls in River Grove for the 2017-18 year after March 26, 2018 (when offers of enrollment for the next year go out to new applicants), and the class becomes full because of new applicants, that student is placed on the bottom of the waiting list for the 2018-19 school year.
